HOW MANY ENTRIES DO I HAVE?
After you purchase your entries will show on your confirmation/order status page. You can also log into your account and your entries will show on your account page. Entries in your account until the final day of the giveaway.
VIP Memberships orders might receive a different confirmation page, please log in to check your entries.
We do not provide order status updates by email unless they are delayed or have issues. If you want to know the status please follow the directions below.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
The important thing is you're entered to win! Delays have no effect on your ability to win our Fantasy Car Sweepstakes plus cash. Order fulfillment times are currently 14-21 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a text or email confirmation when it’s shipped.
This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will start processing Monday morning. Orders can be delayed by merchandise that is still in production or if we have delays from our suppliers.
Supply Chain & Order Volume delays
During times of high order volume or Supply Chain issues our fulfillment and shipping times can be delayed an additional 15-30+ days. We appreciate your patience. Rest assured your order will arrive and your entries are being tracked.

ADDRESS IS WRONG ON THE ORDER
Please contact customer service immediately. Send an email to orders@zerosixty.life. Please include the correct address, your order number and your name in the email. If it's corrected before the shipment then you'll receive your order at the correct address. If it is sent out already, we'll have to wait for it to be returned. Orders will be subject to reshipping fees.
ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE, IT'S BEEN 14 OR MORE BUSINESS DAYS
Log into your account and check your order status. If your tracking number says your package was delivered, please contact orders@zerosixty.life. Be sure to include your order number and your name. We are not responsible for, wrong addresses, postal errors, lost or stolen packages but can help in anyway possible to get your order delivered.
TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT WASN'T

HOW MEMBERSHIPS WORK
Each month you are billed on the same date, which is the first day you started your membership. You'll be sent monthly merchandise according to your membership level.
VIP MEMBERSHIP SHIPPING TIMES
Memberships are shipped according to your billing date. For example if your billing date is the 1st-15th your order will normally ship at the end of the month. If our billing date is the 16-31st your order will ship in the middle of the following month. There can be unexpected delays related to manufacturers, quality control and stock. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your order to you.

All VIP Memberships are self-managed. If you want to view, pause, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership please follow the instructions below. You must use the same email you used to checkout. If you didn't use an email to checkout please email orders@zerosixty.life.

CANCELING AND BILLING
Memberships must be canceled or paused before the billing date. Otherwise you will be billed. Unfortunately we refund your VIP Membership purchases. Once an order is placed your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the Fantasy Car Giveaway.

WHEN DO YOU ANNOUNCE THE WINNER?
Once the giveaway has ended the sweepstakes company conducts a random computer drawing using their proprietary process. It usually takes 4-7 business days before we receive the name of the winner. Once we receive the winner's name we'll go live on Instagram (sometimes Facebook as well) and call them. This is the first time someone will contact them letting them know they won. We'll also announce the winner on our website and all of our social media channels within 24 hours of the live winner phone call.
We will never message winners on social media or ask for payment to claim a prize. If you receive a message from someone saying you won. They are a scammer, block and report them immediately.
Once the winner is call live on social media. They are contacted by the sweepstakes company to have their eligibility verified. Please see our official rules for eligibility requirements. When the winner is verified we schedule a date for the winner to fly to Arizona for an all expenses paid weekend to claim their prize.
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders, we only offer exchanges for defective items. Once an order is placed your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the Fantasy Car Giveaway.
