All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company. We cannot tamper with the entries for the Fantasy Car Giveaway.

Please note, in the instance where inventory may sell out, be continued, or become unavailable due to damaged stock we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer our customers the option to select a product of equal value instead. If the selected product is of higher value than the original purchase, the customer will be required to pay the difference in price.


General Issues

All issues must be brought to our attention within 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot properly investigate what occurred with your order such as missing items. 


No Refunds: Different Size or Defective Item Exchanges Only 

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged or you want a different size. This does not include items damaged during shipping. We do not offer exchanges if you do not like the item you ordered.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom made items are listed below:

  1. Shoes - these are made to order fitment is not guaranteed since there isn't an option to try them on first.
  2. Phone cases - these are made to order for the phone you selected at checkout, no returns or exchanges.
  3. Shift knobs - these are custom made to order and we do not guarantee fitment if you selected the wrong thread or have aftermarket parts.
  4. Wheels - Variant is responsible for all quality and fitment issues. Please contact their customer service department.
  5. Underwear, boxers or sox - Unfortunately we do not exchange any boxer, socks or underwear products due to hygiene and safety.-

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges, including exchanges related to errors while ordering such as choosing the wrong size.


Out Of Stock

In rare cases products can go out of stock, be damaged or discontinued by the manufacturer. In those cases, customers will be emailed for an exchange. If the customer does not reply, they will be awarded a gift card for the amount of purchase.



Customers who create chargebacks towards the Fantasy Car Giveaway will be disqualified from the current giveaway, banned from future giveaways and blocked from purchasing from ZeroSixty. Customers will need to pay a $30 chargeback penalty before they will be allowed to purchase or win.

Coupon Codes

    • Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update
    • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted
    • Only one code can be used per purchase
    • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases


VIP Memberships

We cannot refund VIP Membership recurring charges after they have been billed. The customer must cancel their membership by logging into their account or contact us prior to being charged. For more information on canceling your membership read our instructions here. 



We are not responsible for incorrect addresses
Please make sure your address is correct. If an order is returned due to invalid address the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless it is a carrier error.

Items that are "Returned to sender" or refused

The customer can pay to redeliver the order to a valid address. Or, the item will be restocked and once the customer contacts us they will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge.

 An order may be "returned to sender" for one of the following reasons:

  • An address is invalid or there is missing information
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package
  • The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery


    We are not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages

    Customers have the option to add insurance to their orders. If a customer does not add the optional insurance we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

    We rely on the tracking information provided by USPS, UPS, and DHL. If your package is reported delivered we cannot replace your package. USPS Tracking is available for 120 days. If you do not contact us within 120 days of your package being sent we cannot verify its delivery. Therefore we cannot offer to resend or replace your order.

    Customers are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning their items and shipping them item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
