All sales are final. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes administrator. We cannot alter, remove, or void entries for the Fantasy Car Giveaway.
If inventory sells out, is discontinued, or becomes unavailable due to damage, we do not offer refunds. Customers may select a product of equal value. If the replacement item is more expensive, the customer is responsible for the difference.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit replacement options in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated requests for replacement.

General Issues

All issues must be reported within 15 days of the order’s delivery date as shown in the carrier tracking. After 15 days, we cannot investigate missing items, shipment discrepancies, or product concerns.
Customers must provide all requested supporting information (photos, packaging details, etc.) for us to validate the issue. No Refunds — Exchanges Only (Defective Items or Size Changes)

We exchange items only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged (not including damage caused during shipping—those claims must be handled through the carrier or through optional package insurance), or
  • You need a different size of the same item.
  • We do not offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse, dislike of the item, or damages caused by improper use, washing, or handling.
  • Exchange eligibility window:
  • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be received within 15 days from the date the exchange is approved.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all packaging intact.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable / Custom-Made Items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:
  • Shoes – made-to-order; fitment not guaranteed.
  • Phone cases – custom-printed for your exact model.
  • Shift knobs – custom-machined; we do not guarantee fitment if incorrect thread size or aftermarket parts are used.
  • Wheels – quality/fitment handled by Variant Wheels; contact their customer service directly.
  • Underwear, boxers, socks – excluded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:
  • Shipping the item back to us
  • Shipping the replacement item to them
  • All costs arising from incorrect size selection or ordering errors
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Out of Stock Items

If a selected item becomes unavailable, damaged, or discontinued, we will contact you for a replacement option.
If the customer does not respond within 7 days, a store credit (gift card) will be issued for the purchase amount.
Store credit cannot be converted into cash or refunds.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed for Fantasy Car Giveaway orders will result in:
  • Disqualification from the current giveaway
  • A permanent ban from future giveaways
  • Blocking from making future purchases
  • A $30 chargeback penalty that must be paid before any future purchasing privileges can be restored
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the full extent permitted by law.

Coupon Codes

  • Must be applied at checkout by clicking “Apply”
  • We cannot adjust or apply codes after the order is submitted
  • Only one code per purchase
  • Codes cannot be applied to previous orders
  • Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit

VIP Memberships

VIP Membership charges are non-refundable once billed. Customers must cancel before the renewal date by logging into their account or contacting us.
Failure to update billing information or cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

Shipping

We are not responsible for:
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages lost, damaged, or stolen without optional insurance purchased at checkout
If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer must pay for reshipment unless the carrier admits fault in writing.

Returned to Sender / Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to refusal, invalid address, or undeliverable status:
Customers may choose:
  1. Pay for reshipment, OR
  2. Receive store credit minus the original shipping cost once the package is received and processed.
Unclaimed packages are converted to store credit upon request for up to 30 days.

Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We rely solely on tracking data provided by USPS, UPS, and DHL. If tracking shows “Delivered,” we cannot replace or resend the package unless shipping insurance was purchased.
USPS tracking is available for 120 days. Claims must be submitted within that timeframe. After 120 days, we cannot verify delivery or provide replacements.
