We are not responsible for incorrect addresses
Please make sure your address is correct. If an order is returned due to invalid address the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless it is a carrier error.
Items that are "Returned to sender" or refused
The customer can pay to redeliver the order to a valid address. Or, the item will be restocked and once the customer contacts us they will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge.
An order may be "returned to sender" for one of the following reasons:
- An address is invalid or there is missing information
- The carrier is unable to deliver your package
- The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery
We ship primarily using USPS and reserve UPS for packages that cannot be delivered by USPS. If your address needs UPS service please contact us prior to ordering or directly after ordering at orders@zerosixty.life.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The important thing is you're entered to win! Delays have no effect on your ability to win our Fantasy Car Sweepstakes plus cash.
Order fulfillment times are currently 14-21 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a text or email confirmation when it’s shipped. During times of high order volume or Supply Chain issues our fulfillment and shipping times can be delayed an additional 15-30+ days. We appreciate your patience. Rest assured your order will arrive and your entries are being tracked.

How do I get a shipping quote?
To get a shipping quote follow these steps:
- Add product(s) to your shopping cart
- View your shopping cart
- Your total will be displayed including s/h. Your credit card will not be charged until you decide to continue with the purchase
We are not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages
Customers have the option to add insurance to their orders. If a customer does not add the optional insurance we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. We rely on the tracking information provided by USPS, UPS and DHL. If your package is reported delivered we cannot replace your package. If you are having issues with your deliver please contact your local post office, UPS or DHL office. For USPS issues you can use this form https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/.
Coupon codes
We cannot add coupon codes after purchase.
- Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout by presssing "Apply" to see the order total update
- We cannot adjust prices after the order has been submitted
- Only one code can be used on a purchase
